Procedure Description:
The cheeks of this woman were extremely full and heavy; having descended downwards with gravity over the years. In order to achieve this natural looking improvement I performed a Deep Plane facelift as well as a Midface lift which allowed me to elevate her cheeks vertically. Notice the repositioning of the fullness to achieve improved balance in her face. Her jawline and neck were also dramatically improved and I am pleased with her outcome.
