This woman felt that her nose was out of proportion to her other facial features. She wanted it made smaller but still consistent with her Indian ethnicity. I reshaped her tip to diminish some of the bulk and subtly elevate it and the profile was lowered and nasal bone narrowed to deliver this outcome at one year post surgery.
