Procedure Description:
This gentleman suffered trauma to his nose and was initially reconstructed with a graft that became problematic for him functionally as well as aesthetically. He requested that I try to return his nose to its pre-trauma shape and improve his breathing. He underwent and complicated reconstruction to obtain a very nice result. This is particular noted on the left 3/4 view and the profiles.
