Procedure Description:
Female patient had two prior rhinoplasty surgeries and felt that she still had a boxy nasal tip as well as too much width and flatness to the supratip area. In addition, she requested that her upper lip be made "prettier". She underwent a revision rhinoplasty as well as a lip surgery and brow lift to render the result which makes her look much "softer" and feminine. You can view a diagram of her procedure here.
