Procedure Description:
This beautiful young woman presented to me 8 years after having had a rhinoplasty that left her unable to breathe. Additionally, she was getting married and wanted to make her nose more flattering to her features. I performed a rather complicated open septorhinoplasty revision to yield this wonderful outcome seen here at one year following her surgery. She was glowing when I saw her in follow up, and was ecstatic about how much she loved her new nose in her wedding photos!
