Procedure Description:
This woman had undergone two prior rhinoplasties and was displeased with the results. She particularly disliked her tip and the prominence of her nostrils due to her nose being overly shortened. We reconstructed her nose by using rib cartilage to push the tip downwards and we also used a mini composite graft to bring her right nostril into allignment.
