Sometimes I consult with good looking people who request just the slightest of refinements. These cases are always challenging because the margin for improvement is small. This young woman wanted to lower and narrow her bridge and rotate her tip a small amount while otherwise leaving her nose as is. I performed a rhinoplasty that involved just that. The tip position was changed by lifting it slightly, but the inherent shape of her cartilages were left as is. Patients often have a good instinct for what will make them look a bit prettier, and this girl went from beautiful to more beautiful.
