Procedure Description:

Some patients request subtle changes to their nose that they feel will enhance their overall appearance. This young woman wanted exactly that; to change her profile and create a smaller nose, while leaving it looking the same from the front. Her operation was straight forward and involved deepening the top part of her bridge, removing a hump comprised of bone and cartilage, and rotating her tip such that her nose does not appear as long. She was thrilled with the outcome, and I was thrilled to have delivered it to her.
