Procedure Description:
This young woman had broken her nose as a young child and again while playing for her high school volleyball team. In addition to breathing difficulties, she was bothered by the hump and twisted nature of her dorsum. I performed an open rhinoplasty to address her prior fractures and lower her bridge, deprojected and elevate her tip to render a more harmonious nose and one more in line with her aesthetics. He result speaks for itself, as it makes her entire face seem more beautiful and softer.
