Patient Info
Procedure Description:
This patient came to me after she’d had two prior rhinoplasties. She was unhappy with several irregularities and the overall shape of her tip. I performed a revision rhinoplasty that utilized cartilage harvested from her chest wall to allow me to add support and build up certain aspects, including a depression she had in her supratip. During surgery I found persistent filler called Radiesse in her dorsal skin that created a thickened area. Radiesse does not dissolve, and it can be nearly impossible to safely remove without damaging the skin. Given the challenges, we are both very pleased with her outcome, which also involved a subtle upper blepharoplasty to enhance her striking good looks.
* Each patient is unique and individual results may vary.
