Patient Info
Procedure Description:
Before consulting with me, this sweet and upbeat woman had already undergone a primary rhinoplasty followed by nasal trauma and a second rhinoplasty. She could not breathe from her nose and was unhappy about the way it looked. Her revision surgery required using cartilage harvested from her chest wall to reconstruct her bridge and entirely replace her tip cartilages. Although things were much improved, a year later I performed another smaller surgery further open her airway and refine things to match the goal we established using computer imaging (see right profile morph vs. after together) . Revision cases like this can be complex, and I am grateful when my patients see me as their teammate, exhibit patience, and trust me to optimize things.
* Each patient is unique and individual results may vary.
