Procedure Description:
This woman had undergone prior nasal surgery and was over reduced at the dorsum which made her nose look imbalanced and bottom heavy. After a revision with dorsal augmentaiton using a diced cartilage graft her nose is much more balanced and attractive. The added height on the bridge creates a more narrow looking nose from the front.
